Universal Works X Bundobust X Hip
Menswear, curry, beer, the perfect collab?
That’s just what Universal Works and Bundobust have done with their mates at Hip Store in Leeds.
We produced a short vid to show off the collection and Future Friendship Project initiative, which sees Universal Works connecting with, and working alongside brands and companies that share their authentic vision of Peace, Love and Soul.
Carmen Argote - N Evergreen Ave 4
Over the COVID-19 pandemic I have been collaborating remotely with Los Angeles Artist Carmen Argote editing her first video work - N Evergreen Ave 4 that recently launched at Primary.
Carmen finally was able to travel to the UK a few weeks ago where I was able to meet her in person and discuss the work. The video work was central in creating the exhibition, the artist using it as a kind of mediative and healing backdrop to make in the space during her residency.
MEADOWS GREEN SHOW HOME
Video showcase of the Mundella Show Home for Meadows Green, a new residential development by Blueprint in Nottingham.
Shooting in Slog3 for maximum dynamic range is essential for property work to balance the bright incoming window light against indoor ambience.
I’m continuously surprised by the power of the Sony FX6, 15 stops of dynamic range creates an amazing natural picture and the highlight roll off is a dream. Check out the before and after grading below:

THE ART OF WORKNG (INTERNATIONALLY): SAZISO PHIRI
Documentary on Cultural Producer Saziso Phiri commissioned by UK New Artists.
‘Part of Eurodesk’s Time to Move 2020 campaign, 'The Art of Working (Internationally)' is a series of short documentary films featuring interviews and work from three UK artists. The interviews focus on the influence and impact of having international experiences either through festivals, exhibitions, performances or residencies. This film features Saziso Phiri.
Saziso is a Cultural Producer and Curator, working independently and in partnership with organisations and individuals. She entered the arts as a teenager through a programme to encourage young people to engage with contemporary art. She went on to pursue Photography, History of Art and Film Studies at college, whilst working as a filmmaker and photographer before studying Politics and International Studies at Loughborough University. Her diverse educational background has helped inform many of the themes explored in her curatorial practice.’
